Scope and private testing

These terms apply exclusively to professionals who declare that they are authorised to represent a business location. The private staging journey uses Stripe test mode; no real charge is authorised in this environment. Commercial launch requires a separate activation.

Profiles, maps, directions, parking, charging, police locations and advice remain free to browse. Visitor registration, Garage, Protection, favourites and requests remain free.

Plan and price

e-zybike Pro costs €19 excluding VAT per month per location. Applicable VAT and the total are shown in Stripe Checkout before confirmation. Each location has its own subscription. There is no setup fee, annual commitment, e-zybike commission on services or compulsory add-on for the features listed below.

Included: detailed requests with vehicle and service needs; appointment requests and alternative times; request tracking; email alerts and reminders; shareable request link and QR code; enhanced profile with photos, specialities, brands, services and indicative prices; statistics for views, clicks, requests and confirmed appointments.

No number of leads, customers, sales or search position is guaranteed. An appointment is not an accepted quotation. Services and their payment are agreed directly between the business and customer.

Claiming a profile and verification badge

The applicant declares their authority and confirms the six-digit code sent to the professional email provided. This is sufficient to proceed with the claim and payment, without prior manual approval.

The “Verified owner” badge means that the email address was confirmed by code and authority was declared. It is not documentary proof of legal ownership, professional qualifications or service quality. Imported sources remain separate from the professional’s own statements.

Order, activation and records

Before payment, the professional explicitly accepts the displayed terms of sale. Services are activated only after the server verifies the payment with Stripe. Returning to the site or providing a screenshot is insufficient.

The accepted terms version and acceptance date are recorded. Stripe processes card details; e-zybike does not store card numbers. Business emails use the language suggested from the establishment’s country and locality, with an editable preference in its workspace.

Term, renewal and cancellation

The subscription renews monthly. The professional can request cancellation online at any time; it takes effect at the end of the paid monthly period. There is no annual commitment.

Invoices, payment details and cancellation are available in the Stripe portal. At the end of paid access or after an unpaid renewal, Pro services are disabled. Public information and the free visitor account remain available.

Subsequent review, suspension and refunds

Where there is a serious concern about authority, impersonation, fraud or a breach, CEAM TRADING may suspend professional access and remove the badge while reviewing the matter. Reasons and requested evidence are communicated unless urgent or legally prohibited. The professional may respond or dispute the decision at contact@e-zybike.com. Subscription management remains available.

Suspension does not automatically trigger a refund of the current monthly period. Where fraud or a false declaration attributable to the professional is established, charges for services actually supplied remain due, subject to mandatory law. Suspicion alone is not a final finding of fraud.

If suspension resulted from a platform error or a refund is legally due, the situation will be corrected and the relevant sums refunded under applicable rights. No term excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Data, content and support

The professional must publish accurate information and photos they have the right to use. Visitor requests may only be used to respond and organise the requested service; they must not be sold or used for marketing without a lawful basis.

Statistics aggregate actions without storing visitor identifiers in counters. A click is not proof of acquiring a customer. Contact details and vehicle descriptions remain private within requests.
