Professional Data Policy

Principles

e-zybike prioritises useful, traceable and correctable information over a large volume of unchecked profiles. Legal existence or presence in a source is not enough to prove electric-mobility expertise.

Possible sources

Data may come from public registers, open data, geographic sources, official websites and documents, information submitted by professionals or users, and checks performed by CEAM TRADING.

Each source is used in accordance with its rights, terms and reuse limits. A third-party source is not described as a partner without explicit agreement.

Source, validation and publication

Collected data remains source data until it has passed the required checks. Validation may examine the establishment’s identity, activity, location, status, freshness, services and conflicts between sources.

Publication is closed by default: a profile or field that is not sufficiently supported remains blocked, unpublished or clearly marked as requiring confirmation.

Provenance and confidence level

Where possible, imports preserve the source, access date, licence or basis for use, batch fingerprint and review history. Completeness must never be confused with confidence.

Services and compatibility

A sales, repair, maintenance, diagnostics, battery, rental or charging service is assigned only where supported by appropriate evidence. A general compatibility statement does not override a specific incompatibility.

Published states distinguish confirmed support, general declarations, unsupported configurations, conflicts and items requiring confirmation. Users must always verify the actual configuration before work is carried out.

Location and charging

Coordinates may be compared with an official address and blocked when a significant geographic discrepancy is found. A car charging point is not presented as suitable for bicycles or scooters without specific evidence.

Claim and verification

The applicant declares their authority and confirms the six-digit code sent to the professional email provided. This is sufficient to proceed with the claim and payment, without prior manual approval. The “Verified owner” badge means that the email address was confirmed by code and authority was declared. It is not documentary proof of legal ownership, professional qualifications or service quality. Imported sources remain separate from the professional’s own statements.

Correction, objection and removal

A correction may be requested at contact@e-zybike.com with the profile URL, the information concerned and supporting evidence. Obvious errors or serious risks may be hidden while the request is reviewed.

Where data concerns a natural person, their rights are also handled under the Privacy Policy and the applicable legal basis.

Ranking and sponsored content

Results are first filtered by the stated need, selected area or radius, and the publication criteria applicable to profiles. When a location or city centre is used, retained establishments are ranked by increasing calculated distance. Without coordinates, this version applies no commercial ranking and the technical order is not a recommendation.

No active paid service influences ranking in this version. A future payment will be neither technical verification nor an editorial recommendation. Any commercial placement must be identified and its effect on ranking explained before activation.

Freshness, audit and contact

Profiles are reassessed according to risk, age and received signals. Stale data may be downgraded, hidden or sent for renewed verification. Important import, merge, publication and correction decisions are logged where the system permits.
