Free access and professional workspace

Profiles, maps, directions, parking, charging, police locations and advice remain free to browse. Visitor registration, Garage, Protection, favourites and requests remain free.

The applicant declares their authority and confirms the six-digit code sent to the professional email provided. This is sufficient to proceed with the claim and payment, without prior manual approval. The “Verified owner” badge means that the email address was confirmed by code and authority was declared. It is not documentary proof of legal ownership, professional qualifications or service quality. Imported sources remain separate from the professional’s own statements.

Where there is a serious concern about authority, impersonation, fraud or a breach, CEAM TRADING may suspend professional access and remove the badge while reviewing the matter. Reasons and requested evidence are communicated unless urgent or legally prohibited. The professional may respond or dispute the decision at contact@e-zybike.com. Subscription management remains available.

Purpose and acceptance

These Terms of Use govern access to e-zybike.com and the features of e-zybike. Public browsing entails acceptance of the rules that apply to browsing. Creating an account requires express acceptance of the displayed version of these Terms; the Privacy Policy is provided separately as information and does not, by itself, constitute a request for consent.

Any paid services offered to professionals are also governed by the Terms of Sale and the information provided before an order.

Services offered

e-zybike provides, in particular, a directory of electric-mobility professionals, local search, service profiles, My Garage, saved professionals, requests, reviews and profile-claim mechanisms.

Some features may be experimental, limited to a city, reserved for members or unavailable during the beta phase.

User account

Users provide a valid email address, protect their password and remain responsible for operations performed through their account. They must notify CEAM TRADING of suspected unauthorised access at contact@e-zybike.com.

Information provided must be accurate, lawful and kept up to date. Users may export data linked to their account and request its closure from their account area where that feature is available.

My Garage and compatibility

My Garage helps users describe their vehicle and components. Catalogue references, suggestions and compatibility states are informational. Exact compatibility must never be inferred from a general rule or unverified data.

Before any repair, part, battery, charger or other work, users must have the reference, variant, model year and actual configuration checked by a qualified professional or the manufacturer.

Directory and professionals

A profile may originate from an open, public or institutional source, from a professional, or from an internal check. Its presence is not a certification, approval or personalised recommendation.

The professional remains solely responsible for its activity, qualifications, insurance, prices, availability, statements and services. Users must verify these elements before contracting directly with the professional.

Requests and introductions

Requests saved on e-zybike facilitate an initial contact. They are not a guaranteed booking, accepted quotation or service contract. Any contract is entered into directly between the user and the professional.

CEAM TRADING does not collect the price of the professional’s service and is not a party to that contract, unless explicitly stated otherwise before a separate transaction.

Reviews and content

The author of a review or other content warrants that it relates to a genuine experience, that the author holds the necessary rights, and that it complies with the law, human dignity and the review rules.

CEAM TRADING may moderate, delay, reject or remove content to prevent harm, fraud, conflicts of interest, excessive personal information or a breach of these Terms. A professional may request a right of reply or dispute content through the published procedure.

Prohibited uses

Users must not bypass access controls, disrupt the service, extract data in bulk, create fake accounts or reviews, impersonate another person, introduce malicious code, collect personal data without a legal right, or use the service for an unlawful purpose.

Availability and changes

CEAM TRADING uses reasonable means to provide the service, without guaranteeing continuous availability or the complete absence of errors. Maintenance, security measures, changes or external events may temporarily restrict access.

Features and these Terms may change. Members are informed of a material change and, where required, asked to accept it again without rewriting the history of earlier contractual acceptances.

Suspension and closure

CEAM TRADING may restrict or suspend an account in the event of a security risk, fraud, repeated breach, unlawful content or a legal obligation. Unless urgent or prohibited, the user is informed of the reason and may submit observations.

Liability and disputes

Each user remains responsible for their choices, content and dealings with professionals. No provision limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
