What does e-zybike Pro include?
The plan includes seven services for your establishment:

How much does the Pro plan cost?
The subscription costs €19 excluding VAT per month and per establishment. Applicable VAT is calculated at checkout. There is no annual commitment, no e-zybike commission on your services, and no installation or mandatory extra charge. You can cancel online, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the month you have paid for.
Does sending a request automatically book an appointment?
No. The customer describes what they need and provides a preferred time slot. You can confirm that slot or suggest an alternative. If you suggest another slot, the customer must explicitly accept it. Sending a request does not, by itself, constitute a booking.
Does the module sync with Google Calendar or my workshop software?
The appointment module is part of e-zybike. It does not currently sync with Google Calendar or workshop software. You remain in control of your organisation and your usual tools.
What does the “Verified professional” badge mean?
The badge accompanies an active Pro subscription, a professional email address confirmed by a code, and a declaration of authority to represent the establishment. It helps visitors identify these establishments and filter for them or give them priority within their search area. It does not guarantee a volume of requests, revenue or a position in the results.
How do I get started?
You can create a free account, then request to claim your establishment’s listing. Activating the Pro plan is a separate step.
The Pro workspace provides notifications about requests and replies, along with appointment reminders according to your preferences. These emails support the tracking of your requests. They do not automatically book a time slot on your behalf.
Which results can I track?
You can view listing visits, contact clicks, requests and confirmed appointments over the last 30 days. These indicators help you track your establishment’s activity on e-zybike. They do not guarantee customers or revenue.
Your personal account stays free
Profiles, maps, location search, directions, parking, charging, public services and advice are free for everyone. Your free account keeps Garage, Protection, favourites and request tracking.
